Four Madrid sides start 2026-27 in the top flight — Real Madrid, Atlético de Madrid, Getafe and Rayo Vallecano — and three of them are also playing in Europe. That means four grounds to choose from: the Bernabéu on Concha Espina, the Riyadh Air Metropolitano on Avenida de Luis Aragonés, the Estadio de Vallecas in Puente de Vallecas and, over the city line in Getafe, the Coliseum. Listed here are the 63 home games still to come, from Saturday 31 October 2026 to Sunday 30 May 2027, each with its competition, kick-off status and a free alert. Two things are worth knowing before you hunt for football tickets in Madrid: LaLiga has fixed days and times only up to round 11 (31 October and 1 November), and every club runs its own sales, nearly always putting members and season-ticket holders first.
Madrid football tickets 2026-27: the four LaLiga clubs
Mourinho’s Real Madrid, the biggest draw for football tickets in Madrid
After a trophyless 2025-26 (runners-up in the league, out in the Champions League quarter-finals), the club announced on 11 June 2026 that José Mourinho was taking over, on a deal running to 30 June 2029. Federico Valverde now wears the armband following the departure of Dani Carvajal after 23 seasons. Mbappé, Vinícius, Bellingham and Courtois remain the core, joined by new signings Cucurella, Konaté, Bernardo Silva and Dumfries. Going into round 8 they sat fourth on 15 points from seven games.
Simeone’s Atlético de Madrid: tickets to see a reshaped squad
Diego Simeone is still in the dugout and Koke still captains the side. Last season brought fourth place in the league and a Champions League semi-final. Griezmann has left for Orlando City, while Hjulmand, Cristian Romero, Grimaldo and Lee Kang-in have arrived to join Oblak, Julián Alvarez and Baena. Before round 8 they were second on 16 points, having won the 20 September derby 2-1.
Getafe and Rayo: Madrid football tickets beyond the two giants
José Bordalás’s Getafe finished seventh in the last league season and reached the Conference League league phase by knocking out Partizan in qualifying (3-1 at the Coliseum, 1-2 in Belgrade, 4-3 on aggregate). They were 12th with 8 points. Rayo, eighth in the league and Conference League finalists in 2025-26, have a new coach: Beñat San José replaces Iñigo Pérez, who moved to Villarreal. They were 13th, also on 8 points.
European nights: midweek football tickets in Madrid
UEFA sets the league-phase dates. Still to be played at home: Atlético v Bayern Munich (3 November); Getafe v Brighton & Hove Albion (5 November); Real Madrid v PSV Eindhoven (24 November); Atlético v Viking (25 November); Getafe v Inter Club d'Escaldes (10 December); Real Madrid v LASK (19 January); Atlético v Fenerbahçe (27 January). The knockout draws have not been made yet.
How Madrid football tickets are sold: members, season-ticket holders and general sale
Real Madrid: member season tickets and the general sale
Bernabéu season tickets are for club members only and capped at roughly 65,000; whatever seats are left go on general sale on realmadrid.com and at the club’s ticket offices.
Atlético de Madrid: personal tickets and the ‘cesión de abono’
Atleti sell through atleticodemadrid.com and their official app. Club regulations treat every ticket as personal: staff may check the holder’s identity and turn away anyone who refuses, and tickets sold via supporters’ clubs (peñas) carry a name and DNI number. A season-ticket holder who can’t attend frees up the seat through the ‘cesión de abono’ scheme.
Getafe and Rayo: tickets released game by game
Getafe handle all sales at getafecf.com/entradas, and Rayo announce each match on rayovallecano.es; at both clubs season-ticket holders keep their seat and the rest is released for each fixture.
Madrid football tickets: the most wanted and the easiest to get
Madrid football tickets in the highest demand
Top of the list are the return derby at the Bernabéu (the 2 April–5 April 2027 weekend (day still open)) and Real Madrid v Barcelona (the 7 May–10 May 2027 weekend (day still open)). Hansi Flick’s Barça also go to the Metropolitano (the 6 November–9 November 2026 weekend (day still open)), where the Champions League brings Michael Carrick’s Manchester United (Not yet fixed) and Vincent Kompany’s Bayern (Tuesday 3 November 2026). In Vallecas, the game of the year is the visit of Real Madrid (the 29 January–1 February 2027 weekend (day still open)).
Football tickets in Madrid with more availability
Conference League evenings at the Coliseum against Lugano (Not yet fixed), Fabian Hürzeler’s Brighton (Thursday 5 November 2026) and Inter Club d'Escaldes (Thursday 10 December 2026), or Rayo v Elche (Not yet fixed), make a great first taste of Spanish football in a human-sized ground. At the Bernabéu and the Metropolitano, the nights against LASK (Tuesday 19 January 2027) or Viking (Wednesday 25 November 2026) are more affordable. From round 12 onwards the dates are nominal: LaLiga confirms day and time a few weeks out and can move games around European fixtures or the Supercopa.
Reselling Madrid football tickets: what the law says
Spain has no single national law banning the resale of football tickets; the matter is handled by each autonomous community. In the Community of Madrid, article 24.3 of Law 17/1997 on Public Entertainment bans street or hawker resale and makes any resale subject to prior authorisation, with the organiser’s consent and caps on mark-ups. Article 38.9 classes those breaches as serious, punishable under article 41.2 with fines of €4,501 to €60,000. Clubs add their own rules on top: Atlético can cancel a resold ticket without a refund. On this site, market prices are shown for reference only, never as the official price, and we always send you to each club’s own sale first.
